Alex Fitzgerald

Vice President and Trust Officer

Alex serves as Vice President and Trust Officer at First Kentucky Trust and has over a decade of experience in the field of trust and estate administration. His primary focus is assisting clients with preserving their legacies through estate planning, business succession and retirement planning, tax mitigation, wealth preservation and growth, and charitable giving. Prior to joining First Kentucky Trust, Alex served in a similar role for a local community bank and a regional bank.

Alex received his BS in Economics from the University of Kentucky and graduated magna cum laude from the Appalachian School of Law and receiving his JD. He is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association. In his free time, he enjoys reading, politics, outdoor sports, and spending time with his wife, Elise, and son, Aiden. He is active in various civic organizations including the Shriners and Rotary, where he served as Past President.
